Windows 10 Language Pack (Specified Package is not applicable to this Image)

Customer requesting French Language pack.  Despite downloading the latest MUI from Volume Licensing Site (SW_DVD5_Win_10_1511_32-BIT_X64_MultiLang_LangPackAll_LIP_OEM_VL_X20-75632.ISO), I keep getting the following error when trying to inject it into the image with DISM.

Versioning is paramount.  For example I’m using Windows 10 1607 so I have to use a 1607 LP, 1511 from the above ISO downloaded from Volume License portal will not do.

For mine to work I had to use the LP from the following site:

    Thanks for the link you posted! Had the same issue as you and this has saved me loads of time and effore. I have now copied the lang packs for 1809 and 1903
